Hey! This is Jesmine but there are a thousand and one others out there who calls her Jia Min too! She's (finally) 18 and is more than happy to be showered with gifts on the nineth day of the third month each year. She's currently mugging in Nanyang Junior College with a bunch of cute people in 1002, but she still loves and misses her alma mater, TKGS together with her dearest 4e1 very very much. She ditched her 4-years long CCA, netball, for singing - both in choir and as a soloist (Just don't ask her to sing Don't Cry For Me, Argentina. It's Marisa's new ploy to watch a free show! And I know poor Bren's sick of playing it!) She's been stuck in Alto 2 in choir for a good ol' 5 years while her dearest conductor is still deciding whether to leave her there or transfer her somewhere else, but she takes the performing role of a mezzosoprano as a soloist (and communicate her 3-octave range using her perfect pitch to her rocking friends who in turn gives her nicknames of innate objects such as tuning fork, piano and amplifier. :/) Oops, she nearly forgot to mention that she was a part of the Superwomen(Student Welfare) committee of the Prefectorial Board back in the good ol' TKGS days. She's awesomely proud to be an Latter-Day Saint, and savouring her last year as a Laurel before she gets kicked out of YW. She loves her family and friends to bits, and in her (very little) free time, adores chilling out with her friends, attend concerts, shopping (and window shopping too. Money don't fall from the sky, y'know.), singing, tinkling on the piano, blogging, FBing and there's so much more she'll prolly need a thousand pages for her to fill up her "LOVES&HOBBIES" section. Flowers, cute huggable soft toys, helium balloons and (hand-written) letters and notes are some of her favourite things.♥

PS: I can/can't believe you just spent/wasted 5 minutes of your life reading her introductory speech. Btw, she LOVES people who tag on her tagboard, so do make sure you let her know that you were here! Have an awesome day anyway! (:

Oh so pretty


I just completed preparing for the YW Presentation talk tomorrow! Finally. :D

(Nomadic) mugging date with Deb, Fee and Mare today.
We started from Esplanade at 11am, lunched, went back to Esplanade only to realise there was absolutely nowhere to sit, went to Mare's place (function room, actually) at Tanah Merah, Mare went gyming with her fam, ended up at fee's place till 7.40pm. Teehee. :P
So I guess our nomadic mugging date wasn't very productive (I did 3 bio essays, that's all. LOL!) but I'm glad I met the girls cause I really missed them. Dinner with Deb, Mare and Sa on friday so I can have a PROPER catchup session with them, and that really makes me happy. :D

PS: Fee you don't start new scandal for me and that person okay or I'll make sure you'll end up being the scandal. :P

It's 10 minutes to 12, so I'm gonna say...

HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY OLIVIADIPDJAWOTO MUMMEH YOU'RE OFFICIALLY LEGAL TO GET MARRIED TO GABRIELBARTCHEWWENDE! (The Nasi Lemak Wedding! Remember my extra fishballs okay!) :D Anyway you've been a truly awesome and true, close friend. Someone I can rely on when I'm in need of advice, someone I can pour out my sorrows to, someone whom can keep my secrets until this very day, someone whom can share my joys and sorrow. I'm so glad both you and gabz got together not only because the both of you are so cute together like a match made in heaven, and that both of you are some of the few closest friends I have in Nanyang which have been a great blessing in my life. I'm glad I can confide in the both of you and y'two giving me the advices and the support that I need (esp when it comes to y'know-what)... I really don't dare to think of how different my life would've been in NY if I've never met the both of you. For all the support that you've given me since I've met you and grown close, thankyou. :D (And I'll let you two know the final outcome if I get my answer, hopefully it'll be as positive as both of you have thought out to be.)
