Hey! This is Jesmine but there are a thousand and one others out there who calls her Jia Min too! She's (finally) 18 and is more than happy to be showered with gifts on the nineth day of the third month each year. She's currently mugging in Nanyang Junior College with a bunch of cute people in 1002, but she still loves and misses her alma mater, TKGS together with her dearest 4e1 very very much. She ditched her 4-years long CCA, netball, for singing - both in choir and as a soloist (Just don't ask her to sing Don't Cry For Me, Argentina. It's Marisa's new ploy to watch a free show! And I know poor Bren's sick of playing it!) She's been stuck in Alto 2 in choir for a good ol' 5 years while her dearest conductor is still deciding whether to leave her there or transfer her somewhere else, but she takes the performing role of a mezzosoprano as a soloist (and communicate her 3-octave range using her perfect pitch to her rocking friends who in turn gives her nicknames of innate objects such as tuning fork, piano and amplifier. :/) Oops, she nearly forgot to mention that she was a part of the Superwomen(Student Welfare) committee of the Prefectorial Board back in the good ol' TKGS days. She's awesomely proud to be an Latter-Day Saint, and savouring her last year as a Laurel before she gets kicked out of YW. She loves her family and friends to bits, and in her (very little) free time, adores chilling out with her friends, attend concerts, shopping (and window shopping too. Money don't fall from the sky, y'know.), singing, tinkling on the piano, blogging, FBing and there's so much more she'll prolly need a thousand pages for her to fill up her "LOVES&HOBBIES" section. Flowers, cute huggable soft toys, helium balloons and (hand-written) letters and notes are some of her favourite things.♥

PS: I can/can't believe you just spent/wasted 5 minutes of your life reading her introductory speech. Btw, she LOVES people who tag on her tagboard, so do make sure you let her know that you were here! Have an awesome day anyway! (:

What doesn't kill does makes you stronger

Tomorrow marks the beginning of a new chapter for Jace.

I really hope you'll shine in NAFA with your potential designs. Work hard and have fun, my dear boy. :D

The new chapter of my life started when I came back from Olomouc, and I'm pretty confident in saying I've been generally quite happy for the last month - mugging for MYE with study buddies, MYE, post-MYE celebrations with TJ-girls followed by a couple of outings, PW week (you could say I was almost as free as a bird, esp. wed which was a waste of time because I start sch at 7.30am for assembly and end at 9am, so I only went to school for an hour's worth of GP, haha.), couple of outings here and there - (shopping, bowling, pooling, lunches and dinners, caught toy story 3 and eclipse, jogging/walking 8km with Sab at ECP, loads of H2H-talks, etc.), relatively satisfactory MYE results (thus far - I can't complain since I've not gotten a single U YET. And I passed the 2H2 criteria set by the exam board by the school this time so my parents aren't invited to NY to have a cuppa' coffee and chat session with my CT(Y)! Actually I'm only left with H2 Bio to worry if the U will ever come. But I S-d H1 Econs! D: I was feeling so sad about it until I met some of the 02 people who were wondering why I looked terribly glum and when I told them I failed, Val said they counted everyone's marks (I think) and Peiyu & I tied at 23 marks, being the highest 2 for econs AND WE FAILED anyway! Beautifully ironic. So tell me how am I supposed to feel - sad because I failed econs or happy because I topped the class? :/), steppingdown as the SC in choir, my first choir prac in a year as a member, institute lesson with Bro Raymond Pun, study dates with a couple of people, dinner with Gabz Oli Nabi Jae and Rach on friday night at J8 & dress-hunting with Malia for her intern company's dinner&dance (the dress was glitzy golden-brown colour. Totally suits her (Y)!)

Last Tuesday marked the beginning of my mundane and routined life.
But really, it wasn't too bad.
I know I can do this.
I know I can. C:

(And guess what, I went for GP consultation on friday! ...Yeah I know, hold your laughter in front of me. But it was alright, actually. Haha!) :P

Xoxo.
